Generating and managing Incoming sales inquiries from different sources like Phone calls, emails, chats,
walk-in clients and referrals
• Follow – up with new and existing clients and updating status on the CRM (sales force)
• Educating clients with information related to company set-up formation, suitable business activities, eligibilities, freezones rules, terms and conditions.
• Attending events and business networks to maximize sales from other channels aside from the marketing leads
• Training and developing business set up firms/ new consultants to maximize number of sales in the market
• Keeping in touch with Channel Partners to make sure that the relationship with the Free zone is good.
• Achieving monthly sales targets
• CRM management for sales
• In-depth product knowledge and competition packages
• Providing monthly report on the number of sales vs number of leads received
• Coordinating between Compliance team and Operations Team to facilitate clients’ requirements
• Analyzing market competition by conducting regular mystery shopping with freezones/competitors.
• Actively involved in delivering excellent sales/customer service to the client from sign up until closure
• Maintaining high conversion rates
• Assisting clients from initial inquiry, requirements to incorporate the company and visa related fees
• Providing straight forward, transparent and accurate information related to the requirements of the client
• Preparing reports as required and/or requested by the line manager
